Jo To Go America, Inc. has expanded their operations teams, hiring Patrick Guerdan as the new director of operations.

/Wisconsin News Articles/ - GREEN BAY, WI, January 11, 2008 - Jo To Go America, Inc., franchisor of Jo To Go Coffee and Taco Flamingo, has expanded their operations team, hiring Patrick Guerdan as the new director of operations.

Guerdan's responsibilities include facilitating new store openings, developing personnel at the store level, and creating and implementing store policies and procedures.

He brings over 20 years of operations experience from notable quick service restaurants such as Salsarita's, Little Caesar's Pizza, Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Guerdan relocated from Charlotte, North Carolina to accept the position at Jo To Go America, Inc.
Jo To Go America, Inc. President Dick DuBois said the addition of Guerdan to the operations team is a part of a much larger story that includes the launch of a national brand. This past fall, the original Jo To Go Coffee drive-thru location in Green Bay was remodeled. The quick service drive thru reopened as a co-branded team: Taco Flamingo and Jo To Go Coffee.

The Jo To Go Coffee element of the co-branded team continues to offer the fabulous specialty coffee drinks and bakery for which the coffee franchise has become known.
